Sierra Sourced is proud to announce the next installment of its celebrated Farm to Fork dinner series, set for Thursday, October 24, from 4 PM to 8 PM at the City Hotel & Restaurant in Historic Columbia, California.

This exclusive event will showcase the region’s farmers, ranchers, and makers through an unforgettable culinary experience, where every ingredient tells the story of the Sierra.

Guests will enjoy a curated multi-course menu featuring locally grown and crafted ingredients from:  

  • Dambacher Family Farms
  • Indigeny Reserve
  • Mountain Microgreens
  • Engler Beef
  • Sweet Water Farm & Ranch
  • Blue Oak Farm
  • Cover’s Apple Ranch
  • Jamestown Olive Oil. 

Menu

  • Starter – Potato pavé with beet “tartare”
    1st Course – Carrot & Kale Salad
    2nd Course – Apple Gastrique Glazed Pork Belly
    3rd Course – Butternut Squash & Ricotta Agnolotti
    4th Course – Braised Short Rib
    Dessert – Pear & Raspberry Crostata

What makes Sierra Sourced Farm to Fork dinners unique is that 100% of the proceeds go directly back to the farmers who grew the food and the restaurants who prepared it.
