You’re in the right place. Whether you’re a local business, a curious shopper, or just discovering what Sierra Sourced is all about, we’ve got answers to help you get involved and stay connected.
Sierra Sourced is a regional branding initiative that highlights locally made products, services, and experiences across seven Sierra counties. It connects consumers, retailers, and businesses with local producers to strengthen our rural economy.
Sierra Sourced includes: Tuolumne, Calaveras, Amador, Mariposa, Alpine, Mono, and Inyo counties. We plan to grow the initative further in the future.
Any business, artisan, grower, or producer located in the seven-county region that aligns with our values—sustainability, authenticity, local empowerment, and collaboration—can participate.
There is no cost for a basic listing. Enhanced listings, brand ambassador status, and event sponsorship opportunities may have additional costs, depending on your level of involvement.
Basic listings include your business name, contact info, product category, and visibility on our website. Verified participants may get enhanced listings, co-branding opportunities, and access to exclusive marketing campaigns.
Brand Ambassadors are verified businesses that embody the core values of Sierra Sourced. They gain access to premium exposure, marketing support, and exclusive use of Sierra Sourced branding materials.
Not yet. But we’re working on it. We plan to build a platform that will allow qualified businesses to list and sell their products directly to consumers and other businesses across and beyond the Sierra region.
By promoting local sourcing, we reduce transportation miles, support circular economies, and align with California’s climate goals—all while helping local businesses thrive.
We offer co-branding, increased visibility through marketing and events, B2B connection tools, and a platform for e-commerce—designed to help local businesses reach new markets and boost revenue.
You can start by signing up for a business listing, subscribing to our newsletter, or reaching out to our team through the Contact page. We also welcome sponsors, partners, and event hosts who want to align with the mission.
